Camp Romaca is an outstanding all-girls sleepaway camp located in the beautiful Berkshire mountains of Massachusetts.
The Romacan philosophy embraces the idea that the camping experience should be dynamic and full of fun. Camp should be a wonderful place for girls to learn. We aim to provide our campers with the opportunity to express themselves in a safe and nurturing environment. We stress development of skills through cooperative participation and repetition, as well as pride in accomplishment and cooperation. We structure our program to provide instruction in small groups and, where possible, individually.
We are searching for passionate and skilled staff to work in various areas of camp including:
-Leadership/Management Positions
-General Camp Counselors
-Athletic Coaches (Softball, Basketball, Golf, Tennis)
-Theater and Dance
-Fitness (Yoga, Running, Gymnastics)
-Hiking, Nature, and Rock Climbing
-Waterfront (Swimming, Small Crafts, Waterskiing)
-Creative Arts
In addition to room and board, all staff are paid highly competitive salaries and given access to our state of the art facilities.
