Responsible for providing patients with "Excellence Above All" meal satisfaction through timely information and communication about the meal process, ensuring timely, accurate delivery and collection of meal trays, and following up through frequent rounding to confirm satisfaction with the meal process. Assures each patient receives the correct diet as prescribed by the physician and assists in obtaining food selections to enhance satisfaction. Acts as a liaison between the patient, Nutrition Services and Nursing Services, to communicate all patient food needs. High school diploma required. Prior customer service experience preferred.
