We are hiring a committed Live-In DSP to help adults with special needs live independently. We rely on our talented direct support team to assist our clients with daily living activities, personal care, and engaging with their community. We work with small groups of clients in a home setting. You will never have to worry about a morning commute, as the group home is connected to your private DSP apartment! We are offering a full time schedule, with 36-48 hours per week, in addition to on-call responsibilities. Our 12-hour shifts offer flexibility, with 3-4 day weekends! Great pay and benefits (premium pay on weekends, matching 401k, Health insurance reimbursement for individual plans, dental and vision available).
