Hiring a part time maintenance person for minor handyman work and for upkeep of landscaped yard. More hours may also be available.
Duties include basic indoor maintenance such as putting together small items, some play equipment, repairing small items, minor plumbing etc. carpentry experience a bonus and can be more hours.
Yard work duties will include weeding, watering yard, planting flowers, bushes, cleaning yard and general maintenance of back and front yard. Prior landscaping experience preferred.
Must have reliable transportation and available weekday mornings from 9 am to 1 pm. More hours are available for weekend/evening work.
Must pass fingerprint background check.
