The Role:
With rapid growth we are searching for some motivated appointment setters to join our awesome team. This role is a great opportunity to learn sales and have mentorship from our top reps and owners.
Our team will be based in Colorado Springs. You’ll go through an extensive training program then live with other Klick Solar interns. The role is 20-35 hours/week then you’ll have the Rocky Mountains as your backyard. Housing is covered by the company the first 30 days. Earning potential of $2000-7000 per month.
If you do well, there’s promotional potential into senior energy consultant, office manager, and Regional Director of Sales roles. We promote from within and pour into our team with positive culture, in depth training, great pay, fun contests, and team outings. This job can also be a fantastic resume builder for future careers in sales, communications, marketing, law, and management.

Responsibilities:
Complete Klick University training the first week
Shadow and learn from managers in the field
Talk to homeowners 2-7pm Mon-Fri and some Saturdays
Educate people about how utilities require % of homeowners to use renewable energy
Coordinate appointments with the rest of the sales team
