DescriptionCustomer service role – Bilingual Spanish – Fortune 500 Company. Starts remote – planned to return to office after Covid. Benefits available after 40 hours completed. 6 Month contract to start.Must be bilingual English/Spanish. You will handle customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone and records consistent problem areas.Respond to e-mail inquiries. Minimal selling or promotion of products or services. Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
