Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. We are seeking a highly skilled resource that has proven success in driving highly complex, enterprise products from inception through completion. This is a very hands-on contributor role that seeks someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is as comfortable digging into requirements and development details as they are managing day-to-day tasks. Work closely with key stakeholders across the business by managing expectations, negotiating day-to-day issue resolution and ensuring programs meet defined business outcomes and objectives.What will I do?
Manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities
Work closely with teams across the organization to design cross functional solutions. Cross functional teams include: sales, finance, support, product development, subscription billing teams
Collaborate with various business owners to gain alignment
Find and implement opportunities for automation
Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
Clearly communicate with technical owners, product managers, and senior executives
Create, optimize, and drive plans using the industry-leading practices
Effectively adapt and modify plans based on changing conditions or retrospectives
Track team and program progress using JIRA, Confluence, and other available tools
Explore other industry-leading or emerging tooling and reporting options
Essential candidate skills:
Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
3 years experience subscription management and/or customer service
3 years product manager/product owner/technical program manager experience
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation skills
Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities; excellent attention to detail.
An analytical, data-driven approach toward solving complex challenges
Additional Details:
Successful track record of products or projects meeting the requirements, budgets and schedule.
Experience in data center space functions such as colo and circuit supplier selection, sourcing, costing, compliance, contract negotiation and performance management.
