Apex Systems is looking to fill a Service Desk Specialist II role with one of our clients located here in the KC area.

Description: At least 1-3 years relevant experience required, working on a helpdesk or service desk. Positions will serve as a central point of contact for all internal associates. IT questions, problems, or request for information of any supported application, utility or system. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems related to operating systems, hardware and software. Provide accurate problem analysis, including business impact, and facilitate implementation of timely solutions. Document problems and conversations to create a log that can be referenced by other technicians and for training purposes
