Looking for part-time or full-time administrative assistant in a small business office. For immediate hire. Fun and relaxed environment. Must be customer-service oriented, dependable and able to perform daily tasks with minimal supervision. Experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Word & Excel required. PTO offered to full-time employees.
Primary Responsibilities (this list is not all-inclusive):
Record financial transactions
Pay bills
Run payroll
File and pay payroll taxes
File and pay sales tax
Answer telephones
Respond to customer emails
Maintain accurate inventory files
Keep inventory updated on company website
Create social media posts and marketing content
Operate cash register
Prepare deposits
