Our interns manage teams of employees and learn how to run a branch of the business. They learn marketing, sales, hiring, management, cost control, customer service, job site management, and several other business and leadership skills. The internship is ideal for a student seeking to be in a management role or start their own business in their field. Whether an accounting major who wants to become a partner someday or a Pre-Med student who wants to someday manage their own practice; this position focuses on the leadership skills necessary to succeed.
Interns earn a minimum of $4k for the duration of the program, however the average pay is near $10,000.
