Our company is looking for a bilingual property manager to handle day to day operation of an apartment community in Topeka, KS where you will directly serve the needs of the property owner. If not experienced in industry we will provide training.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Resident customer service
Rent collections/delinquencies
Making daily deposits
Property inspections
Create work orders for repairs
established procedures, including screening,
verification of income, lease processing.
Insure that units are ready for move in
We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and Spanish
Great customer service, Take pride in work and works great with others.
