The Marketing Campaign Strategy (MCS) team is part of the Consumer Marketing Services (CMS) organization and responsible for improving the speed and ease of marketing execution across all prospect, customer, and partner channels within the Consumer Marketing Services organization.The Product Strategy & Roadmap Manager/Senior Manager will be focused on product strategy and roadmap including Marketingforce and other CMS-led capabilities to enhance campaign execution processes. In addition, this individual will be looking at external competitive benchmarking of campaign execution capabilities/best practices for potential inclusion into Marketing Campaign Strategy product strategy and roadmap.Key Responsibilities:
Define and maintain strategic initiatives roadmap and socialize with various CMS stakeholders to manage prioritization and expectations
Continue to evolve and grow marketing execution processes by looking at internal and external partners for innovative approaches to drive efficiencies
Overall roadmap management and the associated sequencing of initiative
Build strong collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams across CMS, EMPS, EDA, ES&E, GCO, Compliance, GABM and others to successfully identify, develop and launch new capabilities to scale, optimize and increase engagement and satisfaction
