Pioneer College Caterers is seeking an outgoing service manager with extensive catering experience. If you are a food service professional looking for a better quality of life with advancement potential, we have a position for you on our team on the beautiful campus of Tabor College.
Position Overview Involves:
⢠Setting-up, staffing and executing catered events from small luncheons to large plated meals and receptions
⢠Training catering waitstaff in proper service techniques for a wide variety of catered services
⢠Supervising front-of-the-house activities of a busy college cafeteria
⢠Using a Team building approach to management
⢠Professional attire and presence
⢠Hands on management style
⢠Schedule includes rotating weekend days with some fluctuations based on catering schedule
⢠Participating in our Management Development Program
