The Head Cook will plan a weekly menu and help to prepare breakfast, lunch and snacks for participants in psychosocial groups year round and FSGC staff, ensuring all food served meets CACFP(Child and Adult Care Food Programs) and SFSP (Summer Food Service Program) standards. They will purchase and record food orders, grocery amounts and pricing. The head cook will also oversee the preparation, serving, and clean up after meals to all FSGC employees and psychosocial groups.
