Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age
Valid Drivers License
Ability to pass criminal/registry/background screening
Ability to follow simple directions
Ability to maintain a schedule
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Experience preferred but willing to train a qualified person
Eligible to work in the United States
Be able to Deal with behaviors without personalizing things
Demonstrate Effective Communication Skills, both written and verbal
Capable Of Working Effectively With A Team
Have Reliable Transportation to and from work
Work From The Heart
Comply with Policies and Procedures
Able to be flexible
Direct Support Staff roles involves maintaining a secure positive environment for adults with developmental disabilities that nurtures individuals needs assist with goals, provides support and assistance of daily living activities.
Shifts:
Evening Shifts ( 3p-11p)
Morning Second Staff Shift ( 6a-9a)
Evening Second Staff Shift (4p-8p)
Overnight Shifts (11p-9a)
Weekend Day Shifts: (9a-5p)
