This is a full-time salaried position. Salary: $50,000-$70,000 annually based upon experience.

Description of Duties:
Maintain a strong relationship with all clients, potential clients, trade associations, government agencies through good communication practices.
Manage through a hands-on approach, assigned projects, employees, and equipment of the company as needed to fulfill contractual requirements, company profit goals and client retention expectations.
Proactively meet with customers to propose enhancements, which will preserve and increase client's property.
Monitor Accounts Receivables on a weekly basis to ensure that all accounts are collected within 30 -45 days. Immediately follow an appropriate course of action for each past due account to protect the lien rights and cash flow of the company. Report any major collections issues immediately to your immediate supervisor, Internal Operations Manager and the President.
Be team oriented at all times and treat everyone with equality and respect at all times.
Ensure that fully executed contracts for all assigned projects are in possession before work begins. Have a thorough understanding of each contract to ensure customer satisfaction and company profit.
Develop work schedules that most efficiently utilize company resources to prevent overtime situations and maximize equipment utilization.
Ensure that adequate company resources are available to support all workloads by planning along with the Management Team.
Supervise each employee according to their job requirements, skill levels, and abilities.
Ensure that meaningful safety meetings, staff meetings, and misc. training are held weekly and documentation of such is submitted and filed weekly.
Continually monitor work sites for safety issues and take immediate action to ensure a safe work environment exists for all employees and at all times.
Demonstrate safe work habits at all times. Utilize appropriate PPE as required by the task and ensure all employees of the company are doing the same.
Demonstrate excellent communication and writing skills at all times when dealing with internal and external customers. Respond to all requests from internal and external customers within 24 hours.
Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and a positive attitude at all times.
Monitor daily, weekly, yearly budget goals. Take action and make changes as needed to meet budgets.
Meet daily and communicate as needed with Management, immediate supervisors and assigned employees.
Be reliable and complete tasks without supervision. Ensure quality while maintaining productivity that meets company budgets, financial goals and expectations
Take action to ensure that company equipment is operated, maintained, repaired properly at all times. Schedule repairs and maintenance of equipment as needed and expenses kept in line with budgets and or cash flow realities.
Participate in field work as needed and required to meet company budgets and set good examples for all employees.
Inspect all projects weekly, but no less than twice monthly to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.
Meet face to face with customers and Property Managers on a regular basis to ensure good communication and business development opportunities are addressed.
Attend HOA board meetings as needed and requested.
Ensure that all company documents and reports are completed and submitted within required timeframes or deadlines.
Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as the business may need or require at any time.
Experience Required:
⢠Valid driver's license w/ acceptable MVR
⢠A thorough knowledge of landscape management and maintenance
⢠A thorough knowledge of landscape construction and planting techniques
⢠A thorough knowledge of and ability to operate irrigation systems
⢠A thorough knowledge of and ability read blueprints
⢠A thorough knowledge of proper equipment utilization and operation
⢠A thorough knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
⢠A thorough knowledge of computers and typical software programs
⢠Ability to obtain and maintain certifications such as Greenco BMP, Pesticide Applicators License, CLT, CLP, and Arborists License upon request of the company.
