Starting Pay $18.00-$24.00 per hour per hour or more depending on experience

Description of Duties:
⢠Ability to follow specific instructions and supervise the crew accordingly
⢠Ability to properly train crew members
⢠Ability to properly supervise a crew of up to 5 employees
⢠Take direction and work in a team-oriented atmosphere
⢠Utilize and follow proper landscape maintenance techniques, procedures, guidelines and directions
⢠Maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
⢠Properly operate all hand tools safely (i.e. pruners, loppers, hand saw, rakes, shovels, etc.)
⢠Properly operate all power equipment efficiently and safely. (I.E. mowers, string trimmers, blowers, aerators, spreaders, edger, shears, blade sharpeners, etc.)
⢠Assist with landscape and sprinkler installation and repairs
⢠Ability to identify a weed from desirable landscape plants
⢠Have a general understanding of proper herbicide application and mixing rate of chemicals
Ability to learn and acquire new skills
⢠Ability to plow & shovel snow and manage a snow removal crew
⢠Ability to carry 50 lbs. and occasionally loads up to 100 lbs.
Must be 21 years of age to apply.
Pre-employment Drug and background check required, must have and maintain insurable driving record.
