This is a part time position, up to four hours per day, totaling 20 hours per week. The facility is flexible to coordinate a schedule that will meet the needs of the facility and the employee.
Wages are $13.44 per hour. plus $4.14 per hour for supplemental health and welfare.
Summary
Under general supervision, performs general maintenance work with moderate latitude for exercising individual knowledge and technical skill.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Two (2) years general maintenance and/or related construction trade.
Must have knowledge of equipment necessary for making proper repairs.
Able to perform general plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and electrical repairs;
Effectively communicate with residents and staff; react quickly and appropriately in an emergency situation.
Valid, active driver's license, required.
