Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Meet new business production goals.
- Engaging with new customers to grow sales territory through referrals
- Implement a strategic sales plan to expand and maintain book of business.
- Manage client relationships resulting in the elevation of customer retention.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Prospect for new clients and Perform 200+ outbound dials per day
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Business Development Manager Job Requirements:
- Currently licensed in Property and Casualty- preferred/or willing to obtain
- Prior inside sales Experience- REQUIRED.
(Retail management, financial services, and commission based sales positions strongly preferred)
- Associates degree or higher- preferred
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Self directed
- Strong verbal and written skills
