HIRING QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Minimum Age 30 years old. Exception can be made if the driver is 28 years old, with 6 months average tenure and a clean driving record.
⢠Minimum Tenure average of 3 months.
⢠30 months of verifiable OTR Experience, with at least 6 months in the last 3 years.
⢠DWI/DUI in a commercial vehicle is an automatic disqualification.
⢠No DWI/DUI in the past 10 years.
⢠No CDL drug or alcohol violations.
⢠No robbery, drug, extortion or murder felonies. All other felonies are subject to review by Orientation Manager and Safety Director.
