The
Brand Ambassador acts as an integral member of the organization, by sharing the brands’ message across various mediums. You will receive hands-on support from our Director of Operations as well as leadership from every department. Responsibilities:
Have a full product and brand knowledge, as well as go through on-going training to ensure knowledge is up-to-date with current standards
Communicate effectively with different audiences to achieve the common goal of growth
Handle talent acquisition and development
Build relationships with potential leads, as well as strengthen the relationship with current clients
Track sales and be able to report trends to various cross-functional departments
Collaborate with the Events Team on major brand event logistics
Coordinate content for brand internal stakeholders
Create the exposure each brand needs by attracting consumers of all types to their unique story.

A degree in Marketing is preferable (but not essential)
Promotional experience is helpful

Proven track of achieving sales targets

Ability to deliver results in a timely manner, adhering to tight deadlines and often reacting to last minute changes
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task across several projects and urgent tasks
Ability to work flexible shifts and be adaptable to new challenges
