Handle multiple consumer and client accounts while also managing their growth
Train, mentor, and coach fellow team members
Improve productivity through solution-oriented thinking and strategies
Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and creating a direct link between the consumer and brand
Grow our client's consumer base through personalized interactions
Manage events and ensure the brand is being represented in a positive, professional way
Prioritize between client and internal needs, improving efficiency and ensuring tasks are completed by a given deadline
Communicate Flex’s vision and philosophy effectively both externally and internally
Handle other tasks as assigned
Monthly team and individual bonus incentives
Ability to travel to new markets
