Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple consumer and client accounts while also managing their growth

  • Train, mentor, and coach fellow team members

  • Improve productivity through solution-oriented thinking and strategies

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and creating a direct link between the consumer and brand

  • Grow our client's consumer base through personalized interactions

  • Manage events and ensure the brand is being represented in a positive, professional way

  • Prioritize between client and internal needs, improving efficiency and ensuring tasks are completed by a given deadline

  • Communicate Flex’s vision and philosophy effectively both externally and internally

  • Handle other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, public relationsor related field preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications

Additional Information

Must have the ability to commute to our office location in Kansas City and be 18+.
