Job Description
This role is fundamental to supporting long-term acquisitions and client relations within the area of Kansas City. We are looking for someone who will provide exceptional customer care and resolution support within the standards and procedures of our mission. Prior customer service experience may leverage your skills, however, no experience is necessary as we will provide multi-faceted training and development.
Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to all new accounts and prospective leads
Strengthen current relationships, as well as develop new long-term leads with consumers
Confidently demonstrate an understanding of products and brand message
Exhibit positivity and enthusiasm for the brand
Train others on new brand initiatives and strategies
Provide problem recognition, research, and resolution steps
Proactively provide leadership, tactical solutions, and process improvements to stakeholders
Increase team collaboration through idea-sharing and networking sessions

A degree in Marketing is preferable (but not essential)
Promotional experience is helpful
Demonstrative rigour in research and ability to identify new markets

Ability to deliver results in a timely manner, adhering to tight deadlines and often reacting to last minute changes
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task across several projects and urgent tasks
Ability to work flexible shifts and be adaptable to new challenges
