Job Description

Phoenix Home Care is currently seeking a Hospitality Specialist for our office location in Topeka, KS! This candidate must be highly organized, detailed-oriented, be able to multi-task and think on their feet in a fast-paced, demanding and rewarding position. Must have a good phone presence, be able to handle a high volume of calls daily, and have excellent attendance and punctuality.

• Interacting with client families and field staff, as well as business partners and vendors
• Prior office experience is required
• Ability to handle a multi-line phone system
• Professional appearance is a non-negotiable
• Knowledge of Excel and Word required
• Must work well within a team as well as be a self-starter
• Someone that seeks out opportunities to assist others
• Previous Administrative Support experience highly preferred
