Your new role
Reporting to the PR Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering a range of activities that improve our customer’s experience:
Preparing and analyzing reports related to customer contact across all touchpoints
Assist with customer inquiries and sales
Preparing training guides and materials to be used by Customer Service and Administration Officers to assist with customer inquiries
Delivering business improvement projects in collaboration with the Customer Service Manager.
Experience in a customer-facing role or contact center environment
Previous experience in customer contact data analysis and reporting
Previous experience in delivering business improvement projects
Ability to prepare templates, tools, content and training guides and materials
Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills
Previous experience using customer relationship management systems
Graduate degree
