Coco Bolos is now hiring experienced line cookswho will help prepare our unique dishes according to brand standards. The successful line cook candidates willprepareandplatefood with urgency, pride, and consistency whilekeeping a sanitized work area. Our line cooks should becommitted toflawless food presentation and garnishing.


  • Must be at least 18years of age
  • Knowledge and ability to safely prepare all menu items following training
  • Able to work urgently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to communicate with others and follow directions from managers
