Looking for a well organized professional to manage call center.
Must have previous customer service or call center experience. Previous Management experience encouraged.
Duties will include tracking employees daily activity, training, and keeping department on task following set process. The department follows up with customers who have reached out to US to provide them information on vehicles they are looking to purchase. We have a system that organizes tasks to communicate with customers on a frequent basis. It is the managers job to make sure that the department is completing all of these tasks. Positive attitude with great communication and computer skills suggested.

EARNING POTENTIAL up to $65,000/yr with bonuses up to $15,000/yr - $80,000.
