The primary function of this position is to greet people arriving at the community, answer the telephone, performs various office-related tasks, and assist in the daily operation of the community.
We are looking for a receptionist who is service-orientated, friendly, organized and flexible handling daily interactions of our outstanding community.
Requirements
The Receptionist we select must possess a demonstrated knowledge of basic office skills.
Requirements of this position include, but are not limited to :
A minimum 1 year of computer experience
The ability to read, speak, and write English clearly
The ability to perform administrative work assigned including typing, faxing, copying, filing, accepting packages and preparing mailings
