Service Center Technician- Night Shift

Primary Responsibilities :

Works well under intermittent supervision to provide product and technical support .

Applies intermediate to advanced electronic theory knowledge related to installation, modification, upgrade, maintenance and repair of avionic equipment.

Performs technical service activities to facilitate the modification repair and / or service of customer units.

Coordinates with Customer Service representatives / Leads to identify customer priorities.

Provides on-site support as needed.

Completes proper documentation with few issues after training period.

Not responsible for sales activities.

Applies intermediate to advanced organizational skills to facilitate efficient repair of customer equipment

Works well in a team environment and with high volume throughput of units.

Basic Qualifications :

High School Diploma or AA / AS degree or other 2-year post high school electronics training with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

Must be a U.S. Person / Permanent Resident Green Card holder

Preferred Qualifications :

2-year post high school electronics training with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

Strong organizational aptitude highly preferred

SAP Experience preferred
