Must have knowledge in ABC laws, inventory management and costing. Candidate needs knowledge of current trends in cocktails, wine, and craft beer as well as an amazing personality for staff and guest relations!

JOB SUMMARY

The Managers role is to oversee, direct, and coordinate the planning, organization, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food and drink quality, cleanliness and sanitation, all with a servants heart.

Mixology is an art form Mixologists choose high quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, vegetables, and spices to create sensational drinks. Small ingredient changes can make drastic changes to taste “ thats why mixology is fun. A mixologists creation may only be served at one specific location, designed for a special event, or created solely for a restaurants seasonal menu. But beverage inventions can also take the world by storm.
