Wichita dental office seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator. Our office has a strong focus on patient care. We pride ourselves on effectively communicating treatment needs while providing exceptional education to our patients about their dental condition. We are a fun loving team who love what we do. Job Requirements include:
MUST have Dental Office experience with a working knowledge of dental insurance
Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Have a warm and friendly demeanor in all interactions, both with patients and with other team
members
Have exemplary organizational and multitasking skills
Be self motivated and positive about expected job role and tasks
Have strong technology skills, especially with computers and dental programs
Must demonstrate a thorough, functional knowledge of clinical dentistry and dental procedures
Have exceptional customer service skills in all patient communications
MUST be comfortable, assertive and energetic when addressing financial obligations to the
patient and collecting balances
Have a developed understanding of ALL dental insurance coding and filing procedures with little to no assistance
Be able to assist with all procedures involved from check-in to check-out
