This position maintains and repairs the equipment, operating systems, structure, and grounds of the residence. The Maintenance Director is also responsible for coordinating with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance.


Maintenance Director

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who possesses previous experience in a similar setting, as well as expertise in electrical, HVAC and repairs and/or maintenance. This candidate will ensure the residence, grounds, and parking area are well maintained, that equipment operates properly and that the residence provides a safe and attractive living and working environment.

Other requirements for the Maintenance Director include, but are not limited to:Previous experience in a related trade or position

Prior experience supervising maintenance and housekeeping personnel

The ability to establish priorities and develop work orders; experience with TELS a bonus

Able to complete bid proposals for projects requiring outside contractors or vendors

Demonstrated proficiency in conducting preventative maintenance activities based on the specific residence schedule
