Christian owned and operated tree & lawn company is in need of a reliable tree/lawn assistant. I had to part way with former assistant after several years. Experience with chainsaw, tree trimming/removal, stump grinding, loading brush/logs onto trailer and other tree and lawn duties required. You need to understand that this type of work is weather dependent, as well as based on jobs acquired from estimates. Weeks can be very busy, as has been recently this time of year, with long hours on some days. Although we offer emergency service 24/7, that has been rare as to need. General work week is M-F. We are a non smoking company, so non smoker only is a major requirement for consideration of employment. I will not accept "well I will not smoke on the job". Non smoker means non smoker, and yes I have the right to make that a requirement. Climbers and those with a truck are a plus.

Do not know what on time means
Have to constantly get a babysitter before you can work
Can't handle the weather
Are not physically capable of performing needed tasks, and for all day
Constantly complaining about having to actually work and not watch others
Are not a non smoker
Are only looking for work until something better comes along
Are only looking for enough money to pay a bill
Can not work without supervision (this will be a big factor in determination of raises)
Are not trustworthy
Do not have your own transportation (not wife or relative taking you back and forth - NO EXCEPTIONS)
Do not have a valid drivers license
Do not live in the Wichita area
Do not have verifiable experience (mowing lawns is not needed experience)
Are not able to start immediately
Have to leave the day early for parole or constant family issues

Pay is $20/hr to start, with raises that can exceed $40/hr based on reliability and experience. Paydays are Friday at end of day.
