We offer competitive pay, employee benefits, paid training, employee discount program, over time hours, double time pay on Sundays, a safe work environment and are looking for awesome new team members like you!If you enjoy working within a fast paced environment and a team oriented atmosphere where you have endless opportunity to learn, grow, and begin your long term career with a highly reputable company, please keep reading!Responsibilities:This position requires the operation of a Stand Up Cherry Picker Forklift (a stand up Forklift in which you wear a harness and are lifted up high along with the Forklift to pick orders from stacked shelving in a Distribution Warehouse) to pick & pull small HVAC parts to prepare for shipment to fulfill customer orders. **** Must be comfortable with heights ***** Responsible for picking orders of small HVAC parts and preparing for shipment.Working Hours:Â 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)Â Â/Â Â 2nd Shift (5:00 PM - 3:00 AM)Skills:* Ability to operate a Forklift in a Warehouse environment for a minimum of 10 hours a day* Must be comfortable with heights (harnessed in on a stand up Forklift that elevates the employee on the Forklift up to 20 feet high)* Ability to work safely (honk for pedestrians, aware of surroundings, climate changes)* Ability to stay motivated and on task with little Supervision* Must be fully confident on how to operate a Forklift; Willing to learn how to operate a Stand Up Cherry Picker Forklift* Ability to maneuver in tight spacesEducation:No Degree RequiredExperience:Entry LevelMinimum Qualifications Include:- A minimum of 6 months of continual employment operating a Forklift within the last year and a half is required; Some Cherry Picker Forklift Operating is preferred- Willing and flexible to operate a Cherry Picker Forklift (standing on your feet on a stand up Forklift for a minimum of 10 hours per day / harnessed in)- Can meet the physical demands of the position including pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 50lbs repetitively- Willing to submit to both a background check as well as a drug test; Willing to consent to and successfully pass a Vision Exam and a Written Exam - Can commit to working Mandatory Overtime, including weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) If you are interested in this opportunity and would like to submit an application for consideration, please apply today at www.randstadusa.com.
