These positions are 90-day Eval to Hire opportunities meaning, based on your individual performance and attendance over your first 90 days, you have the potential to be given a full-time offer to work for Johnson Controls long term. Additionally, once hired as a full-time JCI employee, Forklift Drivers start at a Pay Grade 4 ($13.50 - $14.00 p/hr)!!Responsibilities:Responsible for ensuring that production operations run smoothly through operating a Sit Down Propane Forklift (Getting parts for the Lines; Moving palletized product; Moving / Transporting finished units to the Distribution Center; Scanning barcodes)Working Hours:Â 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)Â Â/Â Â2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)Â Â/Â Â3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)Skills:* Ability to operate a Forklift in a Production / Warehouse environment for a minimum of 9 hours a day* Ability to work safely (honk for pedestrians, aware of surroundings, climate changes)* Ability to use an RF Scanner* Must be fully confident on how to operate a Forklift* Ability to move palletized product; Maneuver in tight spaces; stacking palletized productEducation:No Degree RequiredExperience:Entry LevelMinimum Requirements Include:- A minimum of 6 months of continual employment operating a Forklift within the last year and a half is required- Willing and flexible to work on both the Assembly Line as well as Operating a Forklift; Most positions require time spent doing both daily- Can meet the physical demands of the position including pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 50lbs repetitively- Willing to submit to both a background check as well as a drug test; Willing to consent to and successfully pass a Vision Exam and a Written Exam - Can commit to working Mandatory Overtime, including weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) If you are interested in this opportunity and would like to submit an application for consideration, please apply today at www.randstadusa.com.
