SOME CONSTRUCTION SALES BACKGROUND REQUIRED. The qualified candidate must have basic construction knowledge that may include projects like room additions, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, siding, roofing, windows, decks, sun rooms, garage builds, new home construction and more. With over 20 years in the residential construction industry, our company does EVERYTHING CONSTRUCTION. Candidate MUST have a very good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, good computer & typing skills and a good knowledge of putting together job costing. This salesperson will be expected to generate some leads, go to preset appointments on Company provided leads, communicate with customers, generate job costing spreadsheets, represent the Company with honesty and integrity, close on new sales projects, help organize the initial start of the project and keep track of change orders. This position is very capable of an income level of 100K plus for an individual with a strong work ethic and good moral principals.
