Drywall Systems, Inc. is looking for hard working experience Commercial Construction Foreman to join our Wichita, KS team. We are an established subcontractor that has provided service in the state of Kansas for 30 years. Job Responsibilities of a Foreman:
- Study and review blueprints.
- Understand specs, scope of work, labor hours, materials, and production needs.
- Works closely with the Project Manager on a daily basis.
- Coordinate work flow with the General Contractor.
- Managing and tracking labor.
- Material receiving and tracking on the jobsite.
- Communicates with the GC on scheduling and jobsite progress.
- Monitors safety.
- Complete Tool Box talks.
- Provides training and guidance to all level of field employees.
- Maintains a positive relationship with the General Contractor.
- Starts jobsite production on time and ends production on time.
- Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to lift at least 50lbs.
