Front Desk Associate- Bowling Green, KY
Join our growing Team! We are Looking for a highly motivated Front Desk Associate to fill a desirable position in a fast paced dental office. Must be friendly, reliable, responsible and welcoming individual to answer phones, schedule appointments, greet patients, as well as handle other front office duties while providing excellent customer service to our patients. Full Time- Monday - Thursday Extended Hours
Role requirements:
Previous front desk experience dental is preferred.
KY Medicaid experience is a plus.
Knowledge of insurance plans is preferred.
Working knowledge of Dentrix is a plus.
High school diploma minimum or GED equivalency.
