Under general supervision from the In-plant Manager, this position will:? Provide color matching, formulating and small blend support on-site for select customer (UV).? Produce and blend inks using the dispenser, and manual weigh procedures, to customer specifications.? Maintain detailed production and QC records.? QC inks using approved in-plant QC procedures.? Review batch ticket formulas for work-off opportunities.? Support customer's schedule through production coordination.? Provide press-side technical service, troubleshoot problems, and keep site informed through.? Detailed and consistent technical reporting.? Maintain good housekeeping and safe operations.Required Education & Experience:? HS Diploma/GED? Must be able to work a variable work schedule.? Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.? Must possess strong customer service skills, organizational skills and time management skills.? Must possess good computer skills.? Must possess color matching and blending procedures.?
