We are an above ground pool company that's been selling pools since 1982. We are good at it thanks to the solid sales people that we hire along with a successful lead strategy. You don't talk to customers unless they are ready to buy and can buy.

Listen! We take the calls, you run the appointments. The only way we get our leads is through incoming calls from our customers. They either saw a Commercial or an Internet advertisement. Trust me we spend MILLIONS on these methods because they work. IF they didn't work we wouldn't be doing it.
Average Scenario:
As an average sales person you will close 40% to 50% of these appointments. You will make $600 to $800 per sale. Run 12 to 14 appointments a week and make $2,500 to $3,500 a week plus bonuses. That's your average.
We believe in our people so much that we give them $250 towards gas for their first 10 appointments. We even make sure they have a hotel to stay at if they live far from the training site.
