This position safely operates a production line for Hygiene products, according to standard operating procedures.Working as a team, Production Technicians areresponsible forefficient and quality production of Essity products.What You Will DoWork within Essity safety standards with a responsibility for others tooOperates process & equipment efficiently.Is accountable for the performance of his/her equipment.Able to consistently apply the necessary standards to keep the process under control.Develops standards (CL, CIL, PM, OPL, WPS, etc.) through observation to gain deep understanding of the equipment.Troubleshoots stops in a structured way using the available tools: POS, BDE, etc.Understands the Operation and equipment, what it does/how it works & can carry out CIL (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate)tasks and perform simple maintenance tasks.Lead changeoversOrder and prepare raw materials and install them on the machine according to Standard Operating Procedures.Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well with other persons involved in running the machine.Maintain optimal housekeeping.Secure the quality level of the products by regularly checking against the product specification, rejecting and blocking if necessary.Complete all required documentation and data files during production.Core Competencies:Drive for ResultsFunctional / Technical SkillsEthics, Values and IntegrityCustomer FocusEffective Team PlayerPhysical Demands:Standing: (Constant) Production must be able to stand to complete various duties associated with essential job functions such as loading raw materials, loading glue into tanks, maintaining ink in machine, loading boxes and bags for product, transporting materials utilizing carts, and performing cleaning duties.Walking: (Constant) Production must be able to walk to complete various duties associated with essential job functions such as loading raw materials, loading glue into tanks, maintaining ink in machine, loading boxes and bags for product, transporting materials utilizing carts, and performing cleaning duties.Lifting: (Frequent) Production must be able to load raw materials utilizing manipulator.
