Entry Level Position at CrewPass (crewpass.co) | Full-time | $15–$20/hr + commission
CrewPass is a SaaS platform helping contractor-heavy, utility, pipeline, and construction organizations stay ready for work by simplifying crew and equipment compliance (credentials, readiness, and job packets). We’re hiring an entry-level Sales Account Executive to execute our go-to-market plan end-to-end: build a pipeline, run discovery + demos, and close customers.
You’ll work closely with our team and follow a clear playbook. If you’re coachable, organized, and not afraid of outreach, you can grow fast here.
What you’ll do
Build targeted prospect lists and run outbound outreach (LinkedIn/email/calls)
Qualify leads and schedule/lead discovery calls & demos
Manage follow-ups, objections, proposals, and close deals
Keep clean notes and next steps in our tracker/CRM
Share feedback from the field to improve messaging and the product
What we’re looking for
Coachable, competitive, and consistent follow-through
Comfortable talking to new people daily (phone/email/LinkedIn)
Strong communication + note-taking/documentation habits
Basic tech comfort (web apps, trackers, spreadsheets)
Sales experience is a plus—but we’ll consider the right attitude over a perfect resume
Compensation
$15–$20/hour (based on experience) + commission
90-day introductory period with clear expectations and coaching
Location
On-site in Corbin, Kentucky
