Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
18 years of age or older
Computer skills including keyboard, mouse and multi-screen navigation
Previous customer contact experience a plus
Offered candidates will be required to complete and pass a 7-year criminal background check and oral drug test
What does a SYKES employee do?
Answer inbound customer/client requests or inquiries
Confidently offer new services and/or upgrades to all customers
Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and exemplary service provided to the customer
Continually maintain working knowledge of all client products, services and promotions
Make recommendations according to customer's needs on features, accessories, upgrades and options
Utilize operational systems to process purchases of products and services
It is important to note most schedules require afternoon/evening hours and one or both weekend days
