Overview of Position Opportunity to help launch and scale and innovative product offering in the company. Working with the Health Sciences team this position will manage key activities associated with Clinical Trials Access Network. These responsibilities will relate across both sides of the solution, including supporting provider recruitment efforts, product requirements, customer experience, and targeting/managing campaigns for business development activities in the research and life sciences market. There will also be some accountability across Data Solutions Strategy with respect to market and competitor intelligence, while also working with industry experienced leaders. What will I be responsible for in this job?Research - Evaluate system errors reported by Customers
Assist with escalations from the level 1 team
Collaborate with Account Management and Development on Customer efforts and issues
Collaborate with customers to maintain top issues list
What are the requirements?Years of experience: 5 years
