DescriptionSAIC is looking for a Program Analyst who seeks a challenge and is ready to use their skills and experience to support multiple functional areas. The following are some of the tasks and responsibilities an excellent candidate would take on in a dynamic and professional work environment. Responsibilities include significant interface with the program management team and functional organizations including contracts, finance, procurement, subcontract management, and resource lead.Job Description

Provides overflow and backup support in Procurement, Travel, and Financial Reporting.

Provides support to the Procurement Lead in all stages of procurement including request to procure, holding procurement kick-off meetings with internal and external stakeholders, working with Buyers to obtain quotes, verification of quotes with technical leads, completing RIPs, and tracking and reporting of procurements through completion.

Provides support to the Travel Lead in all stages of travel which includes assisting program staff with completion of TAR, reviewing TAR for accuracy, ensuring timely completion and notification to the government, and approving expense reports.

Develops and maintains metric driven reports and distributes to key stakeholders (both internal and external to the organization).

Provides backup documentation needed for SAIC invoices.

Provides project cost estimates for external and internal stakeholders

Participates in both operational and strategic level conversations and provides input/recommendations where needed.

Provides input towards the development, along with improved efficiency, of workflows and processes.

Job tasks include:

Processes and executes logistic related tasks for personnel in support of operational tasking, e.g., badges, visit requests, scheduling, etc.

Provides input towards the development, along with improved efficiency, of workflows and processes.

Facilitates and coordinates meetings among key stakeholders both locally and remotely.

QualificationsRequired Education & Experience

Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience. May accept experience in lieu of degree.

Mastery of basic MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Sharepoint

Understanding of Databases and knowledge Management tools.

Knowledge on how to query and tailor reports from a database.

Required Clearance

Ability to obtain & maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
