What You Do: + Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centers around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance. + As a Manager, the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs + Manage project in a timely manner in adherence with ICON’s SOP’s, ICH, GCP and appropriate regulation and liaise with other department managers as necessary. + Evaluate RFPs / proposal budgets critically and understand industry cost drivers / costing algorithms. + Support client meetings as required + Develop successful working relationships with client / CRO + Prepare / Approve Project Reports + Ensures all management / tracking systems are up to date + Provide regular feedback to senior management on project status, client satisfaction and staffing issues. + Participate in BD activities as appropriate + Ability and willingness to travel + Travel (approximately 10%) domestic and/or international + Other duties as assigned What you need? 5-7 years of experience in project management, critical thinking, project budget and analysis skills. + Ability to evaluate RFPs to identify critical issues or questions, while also working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and maintaining accuracy + Previous professional experience in the CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industry with a focus in medical imaging + Fluency in English both orally and in writing with excellent communication skills + Process-driven and strong attention to detail with superior organizational skills + Self-starter who is able to work independently and remain highly motivated in a fast-paced environment + Experience in managing multiple, varied tasks simultaneously and independently in a dynamic environment + · MS Office Suite Benefits of Working in ICON:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
