In the role, you would be responsible for:Delivering world-class customer service to customers who contact Valvoline by phone with issues and inquiriesThriving in a contact center environment.Maintaining solid customer relationships by skillfully and professionally handling inquiries and helping them identify theirÂautomotive maintenance needs.Becoming a wizard at using our proprietary software programs to track calls.Using your top-notch research skills to troubleshoot customer issues.ESSENTIAL SKILL: Being able to communicate like a boss. This is non-negotiable.
