Saul Good Restaurant &Pub, based in Lexington, Kentucky is about great food and libation. We specialize in farm fresh salads as well as delicious, warm sandwiches, burgers and hand tossed pizzas from scratch. Saul Good is designed, developed and maintained to provide a gathering place for our guests no matter the day of the week or occasion.
We are currently seeking individuals that have a passion for thrilling guests and prepare exciting menu items at our Hamburg location. Applicants should have a flexible schedule that includes availability to work nights and weekends. Experience is a plus but not required.

-Kitchen staff must be able to perform the level of service within Saul Good Restaurant & Pub standards.
-Kitchen staff must be aware of all policies, procedures, uniform standards, specifications and knowledgeable of the employee handbook.
- Kitchen staff must be knowledgeable of all food recipes and service ware, product storage, proper product preparation and cook times.
- Kitchen staff must be knowledgeable of proper sanitation procedures.
- Kitchen staff must know all opening, closing and running duties.
- Kitchen staff must know all side work duties.
Must be able to pass all tests and validations.
- Kitchen staff must be knowledgeable of all safety procedures and MSDS data
