We are seeking a qualified and licensed medical assistant for a position in a private podiatric office in Central Lexington. Experience is preferred. The position is a full-time position. The position requires the ability to room and interview patient's, modify electronic medical records, perform dressing changes, remove and apply casts, position patient for x-ray evaluations, routine office cleaning, routine instrument sterilization, perform insurance preauthorization's for imaging and durable medical equipment, answer phone calls. The ability to assess wounds and postoperative patient's is necessary. We have a very busy office and this is a busy position.
