We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team!
This position is perfect for someone with medical office, pharmacy tech or similar education or experience who enjoys making the people that they serve have a WOW experience. A curious mind with competence in problem solving is desired.
Responsibilities:
Client communications by phone, e-mail, text, and mail
Managing appointments
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Maintaining and cleaning the lobby and public areas of the hospital
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
